The Volga by-pass channel in the center of Balakovo City.

Balakovo is a modern industrial city, which is situated in the European part of Russia on the middle Volga River.

The population is about 230.000 people.

Participants and guests are suggested to arrive by one of the two ways:

 

-         through Moscow by a special flight:

01.09.03.                 Saratov � Moscow (morning)

 

The cost is about USD 200.00 (round-trip ticket).

Free delivery from Saratov airport by bus (150 km).

 

-         Frankfurt � Samara

Free delivery from Samara airport by bus (approx. 250 km).
